2. How We Use Information
To operate the marketplace, match Homeowners with Contractors, send SMS reminders via Twilio, process payments via Stripe, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
3. Sharing
We share information with the other party in a transaction (e.g., Homeowner contact details to Contractors who accept a job), with service providers (Twilio, Stripe, hosting providers), and when required by law.
4. SMS
SMS opt-in is required for daily availability reminders. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers may charge messaging rates. We do not sell SMS opt-in data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
6. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailingprivacy@homesrunner.app.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
